⚪ Knowing the Self
Inner Authority, Balance & Walking in Hózhó
Wednesday, January 28, 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Pyle Adult Rec Center, Tuscon Room
All healing begins with relationship to the Self. In Diné philosophy, balance is not something we achieve once—it is something we return to again and again through awareness, responsibility, and care.
This Talking Circle focuses on developing a grounded relationship with the Self as a source of inner authority and stability. From both Indigenous and clinical perspectives, knowing how to return to oneself supports emotional regulation, clarity, and safety during times of growth and change.
✨ In this circle, we’ll explore:
The Self as an anchor during uncertainty and transition
Inner authority versus external guidance
Balance as a living, relational practice
How the nervous system supports stability and trust
Returning to oneself during moments of overwhelm or doubt
This circle offers an entry point into a broader exploration of balance and inner awareness. As the months unfold, we’ll continue working with the Medicine Wheel in ways that deepen embodiment, discernment, and integration. Those who feel resonance may find themselves naturally drawn toward a more immersive experience later in the season.
