Then, join Sarah on 2nd Thursdays from 630-8pm in a special class that will alternate monthly between a combination of yoga nidra + sound healing to an offering of sound healing. No matter the month, you will leave class feeling recentered- ready to embrace your daily life. Experiencing stillness will help you tap into clarity - you will have direction and courage to make those tough decisions on how best to move forward in life. Sound and meditation also help to decrease stress and sooth the nervous system - all necessary for managing a chronic health condition. If joining the meditation + sound healing class, the class will begin with yoga nidra (sleep-based meditation) in which I will be using my voice to guide attendees through breathwork, guided imagery and physical relaxation techniques. The experience evolves to incorporate deeply relaxing vibrational sounds. During the month where the class focuses solely on sound, attendees will experience benefits of vibrational therapy on one’s electromagnetic field.
