Alright, spicy food dudes. It's time for the Spicy Bois Latte Art Throwdown, featuring hot espresso, and even hotter wings. Hang with us on Thursday, December 5th from 7–10p at our Tempe Maple-Ash location.
We'll have competition prizes from Cartel, Heatonist, Barista Magazine, Created Co, and more. We'll be serving a keg of Golden Hour, a recent collab beer we did with AZ Wilderness. DJ Shux Famicom will be playing some spicy beats. Vegan wings and Oatly ice cream will be available. It's $10 to compete and $10 for two drinks.
Here's how it works:
Each contender will eat a vegan wing with hot sauce immediately before steaming and pouring their latte art. The further you go into the competition, the hotter the sauce gets. The final two contenders will have to withstand the last dab immediately before their last pour.
