As I thought about the love he shared and the impact he continues to have on my life, I felt inspired to create this special sound journey in his honor.Sometimes the people we love continue to guide us long after they're gone. This evening is one of those gifts.This sound bath is called Healing Hearts, and it holds special meaning for me. Twenty percent of every donation from this event will be contributed to the American Cancer Society in honor of my father and in support of families whose lives continue to be touched by cancer.Cancer touches so many of us—a parent, a friend, a coworker, a neighbor, or perhaps ourselves. This evening isn't about sadness. It's about love, hope, and creating space to heal in whatever way you need.During the session, you'll be invited to write the name of someone you're holding in your heart. It may be someone currently facing cancer or another illness, someone you've lost, someone who has supported you through a difficult season, or even yourself. Those names will be placed into a singing bowl that will remain with us throughout our journey, surrounded by the healing vibrations of sound and the collective intentions of everyone in the room.You'll be gently guided through relaxing breathwork before settling into a deeply restorative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. There is nothing you need to do except relax, breathe, and receive.Whether you come to honor someone you love, support an important cause, or simply give yourself permission to pause and recharge, you are welcome.This is a Donation-Based EventThere is no set ticket price.
