We’ll begin with Rise Ecstatic Dance — a space to move freely, shake loose what’s ready to release, and rise into your fire. “Ecstatic Dance” just means unscripted, judgement-free movement. Give your body the freedom of moving and “dancing like no one is watching”.Our theme is “journeying through the jungle” and we will have “jungle” inspired music tracks with live sound woven in.
