Love Revolution Yoga Flow

Meet Kimberlee on the mat at the All Hearts Cooperative every third Saturday for a Love Revolution Yoga Flow. Increase strength, stamina and mobility through dynamic movement linked to your breath with this 60-minute flow.

Bring some water and wear something you can move in comfortably. No fancy pants required! We’ll move and breathe together, embodying the love we want to see in the world. There will be a few mats and blocks available, but bring your own if you’ve got ‘em.

Fee: $10 per student
