Then I will invite each of us to dance individually while the rest of us sit or stand in a circle holding space for one another. This is completely optional. Lastly, we will close with a calming stretch, breathing and an invitation to reflect. Please wear something comfy and bring water.All dance levels are welcome. All body types.
