Free Crosswim Workout!
Join us for a free workout on Thursday, October 5 at 7 PM! We're taking over Mona Plummer Aquatic Center for a high-intensity land and water HIIT workout.
What to expect:
We'll get started right at 7 with 30 minutes of land work (running mixed with body weight exercises). Next we'll hit the pool and finish off with short swim sprints and body weight exercise intervals.
What to bring:
Running shoes, a swimsuit, a cap and goggles (if you roll that way), water, and a friend!
Where to park:
You can park at any of the meters around the pool (6th Street and College/Forest) or in the three parking garages adjacent to the pool.
Please sign up on Eventbrite to secure your spot. When you arrive on deck, check in with one of our coaches. If you did not sign up, you are welcome to hang around and we'll let you know if we have any open spots once 7 PM hits.
**Note for members: If you have a Crosswim punch card, you do not need to use one of your workouts, just sign up on Eventbrite to secure your spot! If you are a Crosswim member with the unlimited membership, you do NOT have to sign up and will be guaranteed a spot in the workout.
