Prenatal Yoga Flow

In these flows, the focus is on riding the waves of pregnancy with both stability and adaptability, cultivating strength and flexibility while building trust in the body’s innate wisdom.

Our themed prenatal series runs for four weeks in March to add a full experience to your pregnancy.

Meet the Instructor: Kristen Rud has been part of the Home Yoga community since completing her 200-hour training in 2017, and has been teaching there ever since.

Her teaching style weaves together expansion and contraction, pairing heat-building flows with restorative moments to explore both effort and ease. Her classes are shaped by the rhythms of the seasons and a belief that sustainable wellbeing comes from honoring nature's cycles rather than pushing past them.

With a background in human development and midwifery, Kristen brings a deep understanding of the nervous system and women’s bodies into her teaching. She has attended over 75 births, experience that meaningfully informs her practice and offerings. Off the mat, Kristen is the founder of MM Women’s Wellness and the author of The Wheel of the Woman: an Almanac for Women's Wellbeing.
