This exclusive dinner offers a rare opportunity to share the table with Blake as he unveils the stories behind his handcrafted wines and the inspiration guiding each pairing. Executive Chef Hany has curated a five-course menu that embraces the richness of the season, with Blake’s wine selections thoughtfully chosen to complement every dish.

Velvety roasted butternut squash topped with a swirl of crème fraîche, toasted pumpkin seeds & a hint of nutmeg
Pear & Walnut Salad
