Free to ACMA members and can purchase additional tickets with minimal fee for their family or friend who are non-RNs, non-SWs, non-MDs and other non-CM support roles and does not practice in case Management and Transitions of care.

Other Non-ACMA members (RNS, SWs, MDs and other CM support roles) who practice in Case Management and Transitions of Care are welcome to attend but are expected to purchase an ACMA membership prior to the event or at the door.
