We will start the journey through grounding ourselves with the land through breathwork and kirtan led by Steven Peak. We will then embark on our way to the sacred site where we will take time along the way to appreciate self and the nature around us through various methods to relax the nervous system and drop into our hearts to truly find our self-love within which is a reflection of the love we have for the world around us. Enjoying moments of silent reflection, moments of community connection and expressing our soul through kirtan as we will then reach the sacred space. Upon arriving we will get settled and every one will prepare their sacred space as we lead the group inward through mindful yoga posturing guided by Steven Peak. Taking time to listen to our bodies and send love to the areas needed. After flow, Grace and Ian will guide you deeper inward with powerful gong tones and the etheric angelic sounds of crystal bowls tuned to 432hz, the frequency of love. Remaining in a state of relaxation you get to be harmonized with Chants done by Steven. All while Grace Cawelti and Ian Wilson facilitate a reiki circle, channeling bio-scalar life force energy from Universal Source, to deliver deep rejuvenation and relaxation to the mental, emotional and physical bodies. Upon finishing ceremony honoring ourselves we will gather for light snacks provided by us but we also encourage everyone to bring a light snack of their choice so we can all share and get to connect with the land, each other or use the time to intergrate the experience just had. On the journey back, we get to take in the beautiful evening tones of the sun as it splashes on the San Juan mountains and the trees changing color all around, as they enter the new fall season.
