— About Andy Frasco & The U.N.—

With curly tufts of a recognizable Jewfro peeking out from his omnipresent knit cap, Andy Frasco is a cross between John Belushi’s “Joliet” Jake Blues and Jimmy Buffett. He’s a band-fronting, songwriting party animal who turns into a swirling rock ‘n’ roll Tasmanian Devil onstage leading his U.N., not unlike Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band. From switching instruments mid-song to Frasco stage diving into the crowd or kibitzing with them, an Andy Frasco & The U.N. show is a celebration of inclusivity and tolerance where “You do You” and “let us do us.”

The band has grown from playing bars to touring more than 250 days a year all over the country,

“I came into this life wanting to write songs,” said Frasco. “It took 15 years, but I feel I’m starting to get credit for it. My cup is full. I’m really starting to see my dreams come true.”

— About Elder Grown —

Family and community are the roots of Elder Grown, a band of brothers from Durango, Colorado. Every audience member becomes their 6th collective member—the heartbeat that fuels their music. Known for their energetic live performances, Elder Grown creates a captivating, genre-bending sound, blending hip-hop-forward funk, soul-inspired rock, jazz, and reggae, with improvisation at the core of their musical journey.

The release of Parachutes on New Year’s Eve 2024 marks a milestone in their evolution. Entirely self-produced and recorded, the album highlights Elder Grown’s signature style—groovy bass lines, bold saxophone, screaming guitar, and fearless instrument-swapping mid-song. With Parachutes, they invite listeners on an exhilarating musical rollercoaster, pushing boundaries while staying rooted in their soulful essence.

Elder Grown’s story began in the 1990s when the Hoffman brothers—Joshua, John, and Paul—grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, surrounded by their father’s singer-songwriter performances. Their passion for music blossomed, and after moving to Southwest Colorado, the brothers formed Elder Grown, bringing their multifaceted talents to life.

Over time, the band expanded to include saxophonist Sam Kelly, whose love for the instrument helped define their sound, and Brandon Clark, who developed his skills on bass and keyboards to match the band’s versatility. In 2019, Guillaume Metz, a Paris-born guitarist and vocalist, joined the group, adding depth and dynamism to their performances.

With a discography that includes Fire On The Way (2011), The Motorhome Mixes (2014), and their self-titled album (2018), Elder Grown has built a loyal following. Their latest release, Parachutes, showcases their growth as a band, while reaffirming their commitment to musical exploration and connection. Elder Grown continues to inspire and unite, welcoming listeners into their extended family with every note.
