Introducing our innovative Summertime Chill program, specifically designed to provide genuine self-care for individuals with demanding schedules.
Commencing Monday, 24 November, and continuing on a weekly basis, our program offers two 30-minute classes:
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
or
6:45 pm - 7:15 pm.
During these sessions, you'll be guided through a relaxing meditation, expertly designed to calm your mind and body.
Our techniques, grounded in scientific research, will help your body transition from a state of heightened alertness to a state of relaxation, leveraging the parasympathetic nervous system.
The 30-minute duration is ideal for busy individuals, providing a significant reduction in stress responses.
To enhance your relaxation experience, we provide bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, and other props.
No prior knowledge or special attire is required; simply wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off, and bring water if desired.
Sessions are available on a drop-in basis, with no bookings or commitments required. Please note that chairs are available for those who require them, with prior notification. Each session is priced at $15.

You can find us at 25 Olsen Avenue past the carwash and caravan park at the end of the cul-de-sac. Parking is on the grass at the end of the cul-de-sac and then walk straight down the drivease.
