Yin with Cheryl

The first Friday of every month at 7pm, this class is designed to help you slow down and listen inwards. Yin yoga invites you to put aside the stress of the everyday and become attentive to your internal landscape for a little while.
Access your inner depth, inspire your creativity & examine any resistance you encounter along the way… this nurturing practice offers deeper connection to your own essence where you can open into your true self without judgement or expectation.
