Join Transition Telford & friends for our wonderful annual Seed Swap - PLUS we're joined by Telford Repair Cafe.

So you can swap seeds, get your seed potatoes, AND why not bring along any gardening tools that might need fixing. Telford Repair Cafe will do their best to fix on the day.

And as usual, we'll have refreshments to enjoy. So why not add the date of our first fundraiser to your 2026 calendar..
