Traditional roast turkey, sage onion & cranberry stuffing, pig in blanket, roast potatoes & pan gravy.
 Braised pork belly, stuffed with black pudding, apple & sage mash, pan gravy.
 Goats cheese & red pepper wellington, sauteed new potatoes, tomato & chilli sauce (V).
 Seafood risotto, garden peas, asparagus, parmesan crisp, pea shoots.
 All served with seasonal vegetables
