Gentle, encouraging, and ideal if you’re new or want to build confidence.

? All Levels Yoga by Candlelight- 5:30–6:30pm
Slow down with a flowing practice in a peaceful, softly lit space - the perfect way to end the day.

Try your first class for just £5. Bring a friend if you’d like - but many people come on their own and quickly feel at ease. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just come as you are.
