Ashtanga Workshop with Dave Glover

All aboard the Ashtanga train!

I'm so excited to welcome Dave Glover to Big Heart Yoga on Saturday 28th March!

Dave has been practising ashtanga for over 20 years, and teaching it for 12, and he’s still not bored of it!

Come join him and practice the full primary series of ashtanga, pausing to explore different options and versions of the postures, and with particular focus on the flowing transitions between, for which ashtanga is famous.

Absolutely no previous experience of ashtanga is necessary as the practice can be adapted and modified to suit all levels of experience and ability.
