A stroll through the streets of Tel Aviv reveals a complex picture: alongside the impressive buildings built in the Bauhaus tradition new generic structures are being built. Several of the main streets have been blocked off to traffic in favor of the light rail most of whose lines still symbolize a distant dream and the winds of war hang over everything. Olga takes the group on a fascinating journey through the White City from the Shapira neighborhood to Rothschild Boulevard. Through Dizengoff Square and the side streets.
