What do they do? Read on… Marina Toshich (Oud and Pan-flute) – Marina will sing Balkan songs (playing the oud) and will also play beautiful tunes on the Pan flute. Boris Shulman - Boris is a singer-songwriter and an excellent guitar player, originally from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. During all the school years sang in choir, got a college diploma in classical guitar. He also explored banjo and Chinese guzheng, not to mention jazz and rock bands. In his originals he explores music in various depths and angles, combining such influences as English folk, world music, baroque, early jazz and many more. Most of the songs keep the mood of spruce wood open air festivals, which shaped his further music. Iris London-Zolty - Iris is a singer-songwriter who writes and performs her original songs in Hebrew. Her music moves between pain and hope, memory and growth, blending deeply personal songwriting with folk influences. In this performance, Iris will sing a selection of her original Hebrew songs, alongside a few English songs that have inspired her musical journey. She will be accompanied on keyboards by Dafna Ingram. and Ariela - your TAFC organizer and MC, will open the evening with 2-3 songs. Here's the where and when: Venue: ZOA House (the salon room, on the first floor, near the lift), 1 Daniel Frisch St., TA (corner of 26 Even Gvirol St.) There is a sheltered space on the ground floor. Music will start at: 8:00 pm !!! (until 22:00 ) Admission: 50 NIS . Pay when you enter the room by BIT (or PayBox) or cash. Ariela You can find us also on Facebook: Tel Aviv Folk Club הפולק קלאב של תל אביב יתקיים ביום רביעי ה-1 ביולי ב- 20:00 !! – בבית ציוני אמריקה ! נבלה בכיף עם: מרינה טושיץ', איריס לונדון-זולטי ובוריס שולמן. מי האמנים ? מה הם שרים ומנגנים ? המשיכו לקרוא... מרינה טושיץ' (עוד, חליל פאן) – מרינה תשיר שירים בלקניים (בליווי עוד) ותנגן נעימות יפות בחליל פאן. איריס לונדון-זולטי - איריס היא זמרת-יוצרת הכותבת ומבצעת שירים מקוריים שלה בעברית. שיריה נעים בין כאב לתקווה, בין זיכרון לצמיחה, ומשלבים כתיבה אישית עם השפעות מעולם הפולק. במופע איריס תשיר משיריה בעברית, לצד כמה שירים באנגלית שהשפיעו על דרכה המוזיקלית. את איריס תלווה בקלידים דפנה אינגרם. בוריס שולמן – בוריס הוא זמר-יוצר וגיטריסט נפלא שעלה ארצה מסנט פטרסבורג, רוסיה. במשך כל שנות הלימודים שר במקהלה וקיבל תעודת בגיטרה קלאסית. הוא גם התנסה בבנג'ו ובגוז'נג סיני, שלא לדבר על להקות ג'אז ורוק. בשירים המקוריים שלו הוא חוקר את המוזיקה בעומקים ובזוויות שונות, ומשלב השפעות כמו פולק אנגלי, מוזיקת עולם, בארוק, ג'אז מוקדם ועוד... רוב השירים מעבירים את האווירה של פסטיבלי עץ אשוח תחת כיפת השמיים, שעיצבו את המוזיקה שלו. ואריאלה – המארגנת של התל-אביב פולק קלאב ומנחת הערב, תפתח את הערב ב-2-3 שירים. היכן ומתי ? בית ציוני אמריקה (חדר סלון , בקומה הראשונה, ליד המעלית), רח' דניאל פריש 1 תל אביב (פינת אבן גבירול 26). יש מרחב מוגן בקומת הקרקע. המוסיקה תתחיל בשעה: 20:00 !!!
