The Journey That Unfolds Within
Something tender and sacred is beginning to form a quiet invitation to pause, soften, and return to yourself.
On Sunday, March 8th, 2026, Marcia Marchant and Elif Leung will open a shared space for connection, healing, and deep inner listening. The energy is already gathering warm, steady, and ready to hold you.
We will gather in the upstairs room at Headspace Headspa, a thoughtfully designed environment that naturally supports presence, comfort, and a sense of being held.
Together, we will move through a gently woven sequence of ceremony and energetic support:
Opening Ceremony
A brief, gentle breathwork moment to welcome the energies and settle the body into presence. This soft opening attunes the group and prepares the space for the deeper journey ahead.
Shamanic Journey
Guided by Marcia of When Angels Gather, this journey begins with a short, heartfelt introduction that gently prepares you for the experience ahead. Her words set the tone, inviting you to settle, open, and shift into a more receptive state.
She then uses steady rhythmic sound to support you in entering a relaxed, meditative space where your inner landscape becomes easier to access. From there, your own imagery, intuition, or insights naturally unfold while she holds the container with care.
Sound Bath
Led by Elif of Elified Inc., the sound bath offers a calming field of tones and frequencies that help quiet the mind and soften the body. Crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle harmonic layers create a supportive atmosphere that encourages relaxation, emotional release, and inner stillness without overwhelming the senses.
It’s a spacious moment to settle, breathe, and be carried inward.
Reiki Support
Throughout the sound bath, Marcia will offer gentle Reiki . A subtle, energetic modality that encourages balance, grounding, and integration. Reiki works quietly, helping the body process what is being released and received, creating a sense of warmth, safety, and alignment.
Closing Ceremony
We complete the experience with grounding practices to help you return to your body with clarity and steadiness. This closing anchors the insights, sensations, and shifts that unfolded, allowing you to carry them forward with intention.

To support your comfort and help you move more deeply into the experience, please bring:

- A bolster for under the legs, or an extra pillow for knee support
- A yoga mat to lie on
