Mindfulness is a practice of kindly bringing one's attention to the present moment on purpose, and without judgment.

Please try to arrive on time, we'll allow a few minutes for everyone to settle and then have a guided meditation, followed by silent practice. After, we'll connect as a sangha to share our experience and ask questions. We'll end by roughly 9am.

Mindfulness is an exploration, not a destination. Don't worry, we all keep having thoughts, you are not alone!

Beginners and experienced meditators welcome, this is a space for everyone to connect and share.

We have mats and blocks available in the space, and feel free to bring anything else you wish to be comfortable. We primarily speak English and Spanglish in this group, though we welcome the opportunity to practice our mindful Spanish so long as hablas lente y eres paciencia con nos accentos ?

No cost, this is a free group. Donations accepted if you feel moved, and all donations are shared with a local charity each season.
