Join environmental engineer Ayesha Dolasa, founder of Noble Mushrooms, for an engaging evening exploring the art and science of mushroom cultivation.

🌱 Learn how to grow mushrooms both indoors and outdoors, manage humidity and temperature for optimal yields, and discover the unique qualities of popular varieties like shiitake, wine caps, reishi, oyster, and lion’s mane. Whether you’re a gardener, foodie, or simply curious about fungi, this talk will inspire you to start your own mushroom adventure.

🧠 About the Speaker:  
Ayesha Dolasa holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering and has over 20 years of consulting experience. Her company, Noble Mushrooms, produces USDA‑certified organic mushrooms and supplies cultivation products to local farms and consumers. She also hosts educational programs for the New Jersey Mycological Association.
