Race Start:

Registration/Check-in 7.30 am

Individuals will begin at 8.00am

Team event will begin at 8.05am



Celebration:

Will be held 12.00pm at Maraetai Bay



Registration:

All Individuals and teams must complete registration online 

All Individuals and Team Members must check-in before the race begins to get their Race Number


Transition:

Individual runners will show number when coming through transition zone

Marshalls will check off each lap



Team Relay Event Description

Each team must complete 5 laps in total. Only one runner from each team is allowed on the course at a time.


All other team members must wait in the transition zone.

When a runner finishes their lap, they will tag the next team member, who will then begin their lap.

Teams may not run together to combine distances – laps must be run one at a time.

A marshal will check off each completed lap to ensure the total of 5 laps is completed per team.

Teams must have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members.

Team members can run more than one lap if needed to reach the 5-lap total.

This is a volunteer-run event – please be kind and respectful ?

There are no course marshals, so runners must take responsibility for their own safety.

Take care when passing other runners and members of the public.

Be cautious of traffic, uneven surfaces, and other potential hazards.

All health conditions and injuries must be self-managed.

Please bring your own hydration and sun protection.

Spectators must keep clear of the transition and check-in zones to ensure smooth operation.
