TLDR; 3 hour Balboa workshop Saturday afternoon at 2pm, predance beginner classes 7pm, dance Saturday night 8-12 with the Poinsette Jazz Syndicate and DJed music to follow.
Come dance with us for the weekend! We dance swing, which is an umbrella term for a number of swing dances that we dance to swing music. You don't need to bring a partner since it's a social dance and we all dance with each other! Never danced before? No problem! There are beginner classes before each dance to help you feel more comfortable getting out onto the dance floor.

Saturday Afternoon Workshops (3 hours)
2:00 PM
Beginner+ ($35): Taught by Samuel Maycock and Kati Arikoski-Johnson. For those with some exposure to Balboa, like a pre-dance class or a beginner workshop.
Intermediate ($40): Taught by Kadie and Joe Pangburn. For dancers who’ve taken Balboa classes before and can do come-arounds, toss-outs, Lollies, and out-and-ins.
