Slow down.  Deepen your breathing.   Winter is not an ending, but a Returning - to our deepest depths -  rooted in the ancient primordial womb of creation.   A time for our restoration. 


  Lets enjoy Winter Solstice within our cozy safe womens circle, and in solidarity with the new moon and this season of stillness that nature offers us, so we can  fill our inner wells , & find much needed restoration for self. 

 ...   Then find our inner light to bring forth ...     into the world ...   as we are all healers.


How to Prepare/What to Bring:    Shawl, bottle of water, drum/instrument.   And if you have any winter solstice related shorter poems/story or songs you want to share, you can bring them too.


Wear:  comfortable clothing - as our time will include moments of  laying or sitting on ground, as well as standing up for movement.

A shawl draped over your shoulders can help deepen your experience


Facilitator:   Luann Kleppe Kintree has facilitated wellness classes for the last 25 years in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Including QiGong, Tai Chi Chih, Sacred Movement, Creative Movement for children, Plant Spirit Circles, Embracing Darkness, Humane Education, Healthy whole foods nutrition.   Founder of River Valley Healing Collective.   Choreographer and movement artist, in Heart of the Beast Theater, and womens empowerment sacred dance troupe.
