Phoenix Academy Wild Mountain Waterpark Day

Phoenix Families: Tuesday, August 12, join us for a fun day at the Wild Mountain waterpark! Please fill out the Google Form ( https://forms.gle/2rxxeXwAukKEvpk17) to reserve your spot(s). $25 per person - payment due that day. (Cash or check made out to Phoenix Academy). Pack your own lunch. Bus is available for students (just students!) that want to go - leaves at 10:30AM from Phoenix Academy, departs Wild Mtn at 3:30PM, back at Phoenix around 4PM. You may also drive yourself & your kids and meet us there at Tent 15. All participants MUST sign the online waiver - see link in event discussion. Can't wait to see everyone!
