- **Event Description**: Queen of the Apostles Parish will have its 18th annual St. Mary’s Classic Golf Tournament at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, June 1, at Pine Hills Country Club, 140 S. Keyser Ave., Taylor.

This year’s tournament is in honor of Father Phil Sladicka for his more than 30 years of service to the former St. Mary’s and St. Mary’s/SS. Peter and Paul’s Parishes and Queen of the Apostles Parish.

The cost is $110 per golfer and $440 per foursome if you register by May 15. After this date, the price increases to $125 per golfer and $500 per foursome. Sponsorships start at $100. Payment and registration are due Friday, May 23.

The parish also needs donations for the small and big ticket raffles, gift basket raffle and beer and bottles of liquor for the basket of cheer.
