Mechanics: 

1. The doll to be used should be a standard Barbie Doll (Bratz and other Dolls with Big Head and not proportionate body parts is prohibited)

2. The dimensions of the doll entry should not exceed 15 inches in height from the base and  not wider than 20 inches diameter.

3.  The materials to be used should be from Indigenous products such as Rafia, Abaca, Sinamay and Wood, and Natural Fibers. 

4. Trimming laces and Acrylic Stones can be used to add sparkle but at a minimal amount of not more than 5% of the overall product.

5. The theme of the Over-all look should relate to Christmas Celebration.

6. Use of fire related elements are prohibited.

7. Use of foam, rubber and plastics as decorations are prohibited.

8. The submission of the Doll entries will be on Dec 14, 2025 9:00 am- 3:00 at Kiosko. 

9. Judging of entries will be held Dec 14, 2025 7:00 pm at Kiosko.
