We are coming together to sit in a sacred circle to drum, to share, to listen, to grow, in prayer, in meditation, in ceremony and for each other's healing. 

When we gather our center piece is our altar which we create together with items that have a deep meaning to us. What are you bringing that is dear to you and you want to share with the circle?

   ? Please welcome Tonia Muckenthaler to our sacred women's circle and introducing us to the practice of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) essential oils for the soul. ?

This gathering invites women into a sensory experience rooted in the original dream that founded the circle - women emerging from the woods, carrying wisdom, truth, and remembrance back into their lives. Through scent, breath, and presence, we will explore how plants have long been allies for grounding, insight, and emotional support. This is not a class in doing more, but an invitation into remembering what the body already knows. 

Together, we will experience select oils aromatically and topically, noticing how scent supports the nervous system, intuition, and authentic expression. The focus will be on connection - to self, to the body, and to the shared wisdom held in circle. 

Each woman will have the opportunity to create a simple wearable scent anchor to take with her - a reminder that what is opened in circle does not close when we leave. 

This is for all my soul sisters that are searching, want to grow spiritually, share, evolve, connect, inspire and be inspired and it doesn’t matter if you are young, wild or mature.

Are you ready to step into your power, claim what yours has been all along. Connect with your feminine power, find your voice, speak your truth, awaken the healer within yourself and live your life’s purpose.
