Please can you bring a Christmas food donation with for the Charity we have been supporting for the past 4 years, nothing perishable, and think of the children, cakes, chocolate and of course some tinned and packaged staples, I understand some of you are with the AAL Pickleball group and might be using that as your donation point. (Akiparasi Associaçao Movimento Solidario Cabanas) We will first head for the western saltpans behind the Saude and come out at the market where we walk over the big bridge and head towards the beach, but we will leave the long pavement stretch and go on to some tracks on the right if possible. Our third saltpan will be the part of the eastern route saltpans past the derelict old house and along the river to the Almargem bridge then through the palm grove and back towards town. There might be a slight deveiation to the map, but not much We will walk along the river in town to the Blue Bridge and up towards the Bombeiros to go and see their Precepio, its tradition to have a few pennies to donate, its magnificent and really worth the visit.
