Num mundo cada vez mais acelerado, tecnológico e fragmentado, o ser humano tem-se afastado da sua bússola interna, perdendo a conexão com a Vida.

Senda, que significa uma trilha ou estreito caminho, é o termo usado em certas religiões ou filosofias para designar um percurso que leva a um renascimento num nível superior de consciência, à união com o divino.

Neste retiro de Biodanza de fim de semana, à luz misteriosa e transformadora da Lua Cheia, iremos mergulhar na Natureza, a que vive em nós e a que nos rodeia, trilhando as Sendas, os caminhos, que nos reconectam com a sacralidade da Vida, que nos recordam quem somos, de onde viemos e para onde vamos.

Sustentados pela força integradora da vivência em Biodanza, corpo e Natureza voltam a dialogar. Neste reencontro, somos convidados a despertar o sentir profundo da nossa sabedoria interior, lembrando-nos da nossa ancestralidade e guiando-nos no regresso à Origem.

Os caminhos de SendaTerra levam-nos, através de rituais transcendentais, da nossa voz e do nosso movimento, da comunhão com o/a outro/a, ao reencontro com as nossas raízes - pessoais, culturais e universais - restabelecendo a nossa unidade com o Cosmos.

Quando dançamos, cada célula do nosso corpo vibra com a força viva da mensagem que a anima. Todo o nosso ser se transforma em música, uma música em ressonância com a música universal.

A weekend retreat of Biodanza & Neo-Shamanism.

In an increasingly accelerated, technological, and divided world, the human being has been wandering, losing the connection with his inner compass, losing the connection with Life.

Senda, a trail or narrow path, is a term used in certain religions or philosophies to describe a journey that leads to a rebirth at a higher level of consciousness, to union with the divine.

In this Biodanza weekend retreat, under the mysterious and transformative light of the Full Moon, we will dive into Nature, both the one within us and the one that surrounds us, following the Sendas, the paths, that reconnect us with the sacredness of Life, reminding us who we are, where we come from, and where we are heading.

Supported by the integrative force of the Biodanza Vivencia, body and Nature dance hand in hand again. In this re-encounter, we are invited to awaken the deep feeling of our inner wisdom, remembering our ancestry and guiding us on the journey back to the Origin. 

The paths of SendaTerra lead us, through transcendental rituals, through our voice and our movement, through communion with others, to a homecoming to our roots -personal, cultural, and universal- re-establishing our unity with the Cosmos.

When we dance, each cell vibrates with the intense awakening of the living message that animates it, and our whole being transforms into music, a music in resonance with the universal melody.
