- **Event Description**: Our second Knit a long of the year is here!  We are doing the Building in Color Blanket by Michelle Hunter to learn 10 different color work knitting techniques!  Building in Color is designed to introduce knitters to the wonderful array of stitches and techniques used in color knitting.  The sequenced approach allows mastery of skills which build upon each other.  Each pattern will add to your knitting education as you learn to knit with multiple colors and each pattern creates a lovely panel that is assembled into a colorful blanket.  This series also works to increase your chart-reading skills.  Both written and charted instructions are included for each pattern.  Gayle will walk you through the does and don'ts and nuances of each panel at our Thursday morning sessions.  

We are meeting on the 2nd Thursday of each month 10am-12pm

Cost is $20 each class.  Cash directly to the teacher is preferred, but we can also take card payments.  You also need to purchase the yarn and the book from Crochet Aweigh.  Book is $20 and yarn for the total blanket is $63 plus tax.
