Taking place on Sunday 17 May, YouthFest proudly kicks off Youth Week 2026, fully embracing this year’s theme: Our Voices Matter - We Deserve to Be Heard | Taringa whakarongo! Ki te reo o ngā taiohi!

Designed by young people, for the community, YouthFest is all about creating a vibrant, inclusive space where rangatahi can express themselves, share their ideas, and be truly heard. From epic live performances and creative showcases to interactive activities, youth-led stalls, and community connections, this festival puts youth voice front and centre.

YouthFest is your stage, your platform, and your moment. Come along with your friends, whānau, and wider community to celebrate youth leadership, creativity, and connection - because our voices matter, and when young people are heard, everyone benefits.
