That’s Us Men’s Group is catching up again, and I am inviting every single tāne in our hapori to come pull up a chair.

This isn't about ticking boxes or lecturing anyone. It is just about being there for one another. Life gets tough, the grind gets exhausting, and sometimes you just need a safe space to vent, clear your head, or completely switch off. There is no judgment here and zero pressure to speak. If you want to share what is on your mind, we are here. If you just want to sit back and enjoy some good company, that is exactly what we are here for. 

We need our brothers, and we need connection to stay strong. Don't isolate yourself. Bring a mate who is doing it tough, or just bring yourself.
