Breathwork can be a powerful way to regulate stress, increase clarity, and gently shift what’s been held beneath the surface. Many people experience a sense of release, emotional processing, and a renewed connection to their body — like coming home to themselves. 

I invite you to arrive with an intention and an open mind, and to let this be a ritual of listening: to your breath, your boundaries, and what your system is ready to meet.

Your Guide:

Ali is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, somatic practitioner, and dancer currently living in Australia. She holds full-permission spaces through the lens of Classical Tantra philosophy, where you are supported to reconnect with your body and be met in your wholeness and potential.
