- **Event Description**: After a very positive response to a silent walk offered in Whakatane; I thought I'd offer a local silent walk with me ?‍♀️on the beautiful Swimming Hole track at Aongatete.

When we 'BE' in silence, we get to connect much deeper while in mother nature.  Often times when walking with others through ngahere, we connect with them, and not the other life ?

I will share a useful tool at the start to support you 'BE'-ing in greater presence.  There will be a few stop offs to take a moment to connect with different life in the ngahere.

Afterwards, if you are not required to move on, we can enjoy a chatty picnic together.  Others who want to make a day of it, may like to walk other tracks like the Nature Walk and/or Small Loop track; and/or both/all ?
