Join me for an immersive sound journey that helps to calm the body, quiet the mind, and connect you to the deepest whispers of your heart and inner knowing.
You’ll be held in an alchemy of grounding and angelic vibrations - from instruments such as drone harp, singing bowls, gong, crystal lyre, chimes, and handpan. Plus a little of my voice.
We’ll begin with some light movement to stretch, release energy and arrive in your body, followed by a round of group Oms with the shruti box to activate our voices and open our shared sacred space.
You’re also welcome to choose an oracle card and anoint with divine, locally crafted ceremonial oil - either before we begin or afterwards, as a way to ground your experience and connect with your intuition.
Stay for a quiet chat & healthy treat after the session too, if you feel to.
No experience necessary - just come as you are :)
