This nurturing experience will guide you through a relaxing soundscape of grounding and ethereal frequencies - an invitation to come home to your breath, your body, and the quiet wisdom of your heart.

As sound moves through the body, it invites tension to melt and the nervous system to harmonise, creating space for deeper truth, compassion, clarity, and inner peace to gently emerge.

Whether you’re cultivating more self-love, releasing old patterns, or simply craving deep rest, this gathering offers a gentle reminder that you’re worthy of slowness, softness and care.

A remembering of who you are beneath the noise.

What to expect:
- a 60 minute sound healing experience with time beforehand to choose an oracle card, anoint with ceremonial oil, and settle into the space
- a safe, cosy, heart-centred environment
- a brief guided meditation to ease you into stillness
- instruments such as crystal & metal singing bowls, chimes, crystal lyre, drone harp, handpan, sansula. and a little of my voice
- a healthy treat at the end to help ease your return to the outer world
- a small gift to take home

As a shy, quiet, energy-sensitive soul, her life has been a journey of becoming attuned to her own energy.
