Return to Sound is a journey inward—an invitation to rest, release, and recalibrate. Guided by the soulful sounds of Alice Sea, this experience weaves rhythmic breathwork with elemental sound healing to support the alignment of your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual self.

Alice will work with a rich tapestry of instruments—didgeridoo, flutes, heartbeat drum, hang drum, Tibetan singing bowls, and vocal mantras—played throughout the space and, at times, directly over the body, creating a deeply healing, multi-sensory experience.

You’ll be invited to soften, find stillness, and reconnect with your inner landscape.
