Step into a nourishing half-day retreat designed to gently guide you back to yourself. This intimate experience weaves together heart-opening cacao, deeply restorative yin yoga, guided yoga nidra, and subtle energy healing through reiki—supporting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

✨ What to Expect ✨

? Cacao (Heart Opening)
We begin with a ceremonial cacao to soften the mind and open the heart. Cacao’s gentle, grounding qualities help you turn inward, set intentions, and arrive fully in the present moment.

✍️ Journaling (Intention Setting)
From this place, you’ll be guided into a quiet journaling practice—an opportunity to reflect, set intentions, and connect more deeply with what’s present within you.

?‍♀️ Yin Yoga (Deep Release)
We then move into a slow, meditative yin yoga practice. Postures are held for longer periods, inviting the body to release tension stored in the connective tissues while cultivating stillness, patience, and inner awareness.

? Yoga Nidra (Guided Rest)
As the body opens and softens, you’ll be guided into yoga nidra, a deeply restorative meditation often described as “yogic sleep.” Here, the body rests completely while the mind remains gently aware—supporting nervous system reset and deep integration.

? Reiki (Energy Healing Integration)
Throughout yin yoga and yoga nidra, gentle reiki energy will be offered to support energetic balance and enhance a sense of calm, clarity, and inner harmony—deepening the overall restorative experience.

✍️ Journaling (Integration & Reflection)
We’ll close the practice with a final journaling session, allowing space to integrate your experience and gently notice any physical, emotional, or energetic shifts.
