This is your invitation to come home to yourself, to open your heart, & call in unconditional love, joy, & freedom for the festive season. 

Together, we’ll share in cacao, movement, creativity, & laughter, crafting your own medicine leaf rattle (chakapa) to support the clearing of the year that’s been:
to carry you with lightness &  unconditional-love into the season ahead.

A space to connect to your heart-to-heart;
with yourself, with others, and with the spirit of the season.
To drop the noise, the expectations, to simply be, 
authentic, expressive, & free.

Comfortable clothing for ease of movement that you are not needing to readjust all the time. 
Eye Mask (for deepening more into your body & out of the mind)
A yoga mat for comfort (but not required)
