➡️ Extend Speedway to 2039 
➡️ Sell the North Stand to Speedway Racing Ltd for $1 
➡️ Lease the land and transfer stadium upkeep to Speedway 
  
This would allow continued motorsport and private Speedway investment in upgrades. 
  
Are we on the right track or… is it time for something new? If Speedway doesn’t continue, Mercury Baypark could be reimagined — for recreation, community use, or commercial opportunities. But that also comes with planning, cost, and change.
