Heart led outdoor WEEKLY expressive dance & connection classes held on beautiful Hopukiore (Mount Drury summit) by Tarina from Heart Flow.

Drawing on my Nia dance training, varied experiences with movement medicine and intuitive movement, these classes will be a mix of facilitator led movement and expressive dance where you are encouraged to embrace your own natural rhythm. Each week there will be a different focus with songs and movement thoughtfully chosen to connect us to our own bodies way and to come together for connection.

Casual rate: $15 cash or bank transfer on the day
