Each course focuses on a single hero ingredient, transformed through precision, creativity, and refined technique. Expect bold flavour combinations, elegant presentation, and a dining experience that celebrates craftsmanship at every level.
Optional wine matches are available by the glass, with communal seating adding to the shared occasion.
