We begin with a guided relaxation and didgeridoo sound healing to ground and centre, gently arriving in the body and the present moment. From there, the energy gradually builds into a vibrant festival-style dance floor, featuring an organic house DJ set infused with live vocals by MC Alice Sea and live instrumentation by John Ellis. Expect live percussion and a fusion of epic sounds, with Latin, African, and tribal-electronic influences woven throughout the journey.
This is a space to shake out the cobwebs, release stress, awaken your life force, and move in whatever way feels true for you.
