More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund.

7-14 days before the workshop: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund.

Cancellation by Coni Flores:
If Coni Flores needs to cancel the workshop for any reason, participants will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.

No-Show Policy:
If a participant fails to attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
