VISION BOARD ONE DAY RETREAT
To start the year....Sunday 1st March 2026 at EarthSounds Yurt, 51 Taringamotu Rd.
Step away from the noise of everyday life and gift yourself time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. This Vision Board Retreat is a nourishing day designed to help you clarify your intentions, awaken your creativity, and gently align with the life you wish to create.
Through guided reflection, relaxation, and creative exploration, you will be supported to tune into your inner wisdom and allow your visions to emerge naturally. Using images, words, colour, and intuitive collage, you will create a personal vision board that reflects your hopes, dreams, and heartfelt intentions for the months ahead.
The retreat will include grounding practices, moments of stillness, gentle sound or meditation, and space to share (if you wish) within a safe, supportive circle. No artistic experience is needed—only an open heart and a willingness to listen inward.
Leave feeling inspired, centred, and empowered, with a beautiful visual reminder of your intentions to take home and revisit as you move forward.
All materials are provided. Simply bring your curiosity, your dreams, and yourself.
Teas, milk, water provided but bring your own lunch and snacks.
