Metamorphosis is a 3-day immersive retreat for women ready to honour that shift.

Held at the beautiful Centennial House in Taupō.

Designed for women navigating motherhood, midlife, (peri)menopause, identity changes, grief, transitions, or simply a deep knowing that something is stirring beneath the surface.

We’re not here to fix or force anything.
This is about understanding your body through this time and accessing the infinite wisdom that lives within and channeling it into the areas of your life that matter.

We draw on the 12 houses of astrology, a way of exploring where in your life energy wants to shift:
Self, Values, Communication, Home, Creativity, Body, Relationships, Power, Vision, Purpose, Community, Mystery.

We’re here to meet what’s real.

Over three spacious days, we journey through seven stages of metamorphosis:

Invocation, Seed, Soul Before the Seed, Caterpillar, Chrysalis, Wings, Integration.

You’ll be gently led through:
– Kundalini and energy medicine
– Breath work, movement, mantra and stillness
– Deep rest and real connection
– Circle space, time in nature, and room to listen

This is a small, intimate retreat, limited to 11 women so each of you will be deeply supported to take the next natural step in your life, wherever that may be, known or unknown.

What’s important to know is it’s all about brain chemistry and how this affects your body. Through rewriting and rewiring the brain our symptoms change, permanently. 

You will leave with a toolkit and a daily practice that will support you greatly through any life transition.  It’s potent medicine 🦋 

About your Host

I’m Soreya
A woman, a mother, and a guide for transformation.
I’ve been walking this path for over 25 years, blending ancient practices with real-life experience, breath work, energy medicine, somatic rituals, and the quiet work of coming home to yourself.

I’ve held space in retreats and rooms around the world, but what matters most to me now is depth, truth and presence. I’m not here to teach from a pedestal. I’m here to sit beside you in the messy, the sacred and the in-between.

This retreat is close to my heart because I’ve lived every layer of it especially in this last year whilst travelling through Thailand.

I know how powerful it is to feel seen, held and witnessed - especially in this stage of life.
